Heritage Bee Co. was established after years of longing to get into beekeeping but not having the time nor the space. Shortly after purchasing beautiful countryside property adjacent to the Niagara Escarpment just north of Toronto, wild feral honeybees were discovered living in the hollow of a white pine tree right behind their home. The 'bee tree' was the inspiration and catalyst for starting Heritage Bee Co.
